• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been dispatched.
• Once the order is packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
• To request cancellation, please contact us with your Order ID.

2. Return Policy

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

• Damaged product received
• Wrong product delivered
• Missing item in the order

To be eligible for a return:

• The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• You must provide clear images and an unboxing video of the package.
• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products
• Products damaged due to customer handling
• Products purchased during sale or promotional offers (if mentioned)
• Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery

4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only after proper verification. Once approved:

• Refunds will be credited within 5 to 7 business days.
• The refund will be made to the original payment method.
• Bank processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

5. Replacement Policy

If eligible, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.

6. Return Shipping

• If the return is due to a valid issue (damaged, wrong, or missing product), return shipping may be arranged by us.
• If the return is requested for any other reason, return shipping costs may be borne by the customer.
